The ADHD Family Network is an Ireland based, NEW not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to supporting families raising children and young people with ADHD.
Founded by experienced ADHD Family Coaches, the network brings together professional expertise and lived experience to offer a compassionate, understanding, and practical approach to support. I am honoured to be part of this work alongside Ciara D’Rozario (Butterfly Coaching) and Mirka Frommenwiler (Conscious Connections).
At its heart, ADHD Family Network is about walking alongside families, creating spaces where parents and caregivers can pause, feel understood, and find direction in the day-to-day realities of ADHD.
What we offer:
- Parent workshops and webinars: Practical, supportive sessions focused on real-life challenges
- Community connection: Opportunities to meet and learn from other families who understand
- Education and guidance: Evidence-informed strategies that can be used in everyday life
- A supportive space: Non-judgemental environments where families can share, reflect, and feel heard
This work is rooted in the belief that families should feel supported, informed, and confident—not just in understanding ADHD, but in responding to it in ways that strengthen relationships and daily life.
In a landscape where many families can feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, ADHD Family Network aims to make support more accessible, relatable, and grounded in real experience.
