My journey into ADHD education and coaching began with a moment of recognition that changed everything.
A supportive colleague helped me to see myself more clearly, leading to my own ADHD diagnosis. It was a turning point & suddenly, so much of my life made sense. For years, I had assumed that my challenges with focus, organisation and a constantly racing mind were down to dyslexia, perfectionism, procrastination, or simply not trying hard enough. I often felt like I was “too much,” yet somehow still “not enough.” My mind rarely switched off, and I couldn’t understand why.
Learning about ADHD was like finally being handed an operating manual for my own brain. For the first time, I understood how my brain works.I began to meet myself with compassion rather than frustration and to develop practical tools that helped me lean into my strengths instead of constantly fighting against myself.
From understanding to action
At the same time, through both my own experience and my work as a youth worker, I saw how difficult it can be for families to access meaningful ADHD support. The stigma, the misunderstanding, the long waiting lists, and the lack of informed, practical resources were not just barriers they were deeply frustrating and often isolating. That realisation sparked something in me.
I knew I wanted to bring together:
…to help others make sense of ADHD and feel empowered in who they are.

The Empowerment Hub is the result. It’s a space where young people, parents and adults can learn, grow and breathe again, knowing they are seen, understood and not alone.
So whether you are:
you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard and supported.
That’s what The Empowerment Hub is here to offer.
